“Omg, I knew it was broken. While I was slowly trying to open it, I even heard a sound inside, like there were broken pieces—and yes, it really is broken, sadly. I didn’t even open it fully, I just peeked inside the box and saw it. The only good thing is that I can return the item. I don’t want an exchange anymore. The packaging was very bad—the thermocol was so thin that it’s no surprise it broke. Please make sure to change the packaging with better, thicker thermocol, and also add on the box in big letters: FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE, so the courier will handle it properly.”

Very bad product and customer service .i was trying to return it from last 10 days but they initiate return again and again really disappointing Very bad Piktocart .

Received broken ceramic bowls. The product was clearly mishandled before delivery which led to damaged product inside and also the product packaging.
